The work environment is both challenging and enjoyable. My colleagues are supportive and assist me greatly in my learning journey. I have exceeded my expectations in terms of learning, as I have been entrusted to create Standard Operating Procedures for the Industrial Relations Section. The most difficult aspect is navigating the varying cultures within different departments, which requires a great deal of understanding.
