The Group is founded by an entrepreneurial architect-turn-developer with over 38 years of industry experience - a driven leader with a hands-on approach from conception to completion. The Property Division has a team with over 130 years of combined experience that works closely with its in-house construction management team to ensure that all its properties carry the hallmark of quality of international standards.

 

With this aspiration, Kinta Berkat adopts the Malaysia construction quality control system, Qclassic in all its projects, In addition to that, we utilise LEEDS and BREEAM, the world's foremost environmental assessment method and rating system for buildings where required, to ensure that our projects are both environmentally conscious and sustainable.
