KEMAS GROUP is actively involved in the industry of contruction and development of properties in both the residential houses and factory-offices industrial park in the Klang Valley.

KEMAS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD, a registered construction company with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class 'A', Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) Grade 7 dan Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) Class "A", was establish in 1977 as a civil engineering and building construction company. From a humble beginning as sub-contractor to the full-fledge Main-Contractor overseeing the successful execution of multi-millions projects in various part of the country.

 

KEMAS ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS SDN BHD was incorporated in 1984 and is established as the parent holding company of the KEMAS GROUP OF COMPANIES which comprised of the wholly-owned Kemas Construction Sdn Bhd, Kemas Properties Sdn Bhd and Kemas Realty Sdn Bhd. Sentinel Properties Sdn Bhd was later added into the Group in year 1999 as further growth to the Group.

 

KEMAS PROPERTIES SDN BHD, was establish as the property arm of Kemas Group to undertake project developments as a natural progression from its extensive experience in the construction and project management business, ensuring a spotless track record for excellent building ahead of schedule and highly successful projects delivery to clients and investors.
