In this prestigious 5-star college, which is accredited by the Malaysia Higher Education Ministry and also serves as an EASA PART-147 Training center, I instruct students on all EASA B1.1 modules. These modules cover topics such as Materials and Hardware, Airplane Maintenance Practices, aerodynamics, Aviation Legislation, Human Factors, Risk and Safety Management, Airplane Structures and Systems (Mechanical Pathway only), Gas Turbine Engines, and Propeller System through theoretical lessons and multimedia presentations. Additionally, practical workshops are conducted for both local and international students from diverse backgrounds. As the manager of the hangar for new Fokker Aircraft (F27), I am responsible for designing task cards that comply with EASA standards and overseeing practical training sessions where students are assigned to groups to simulate hangar tasks, practice shift handovers, and adhere to safety protocols while actively participating in task-oriented activities such as opening, removal, inspection, lubrication, installation, and closing procedures.
