Working at this job was not very difficult. Interacting with people every day helped me improve my communication skills and confidence. The management was excellent and my coworker was fantastic. The most challenging aspect was resolving student issues and complaints, but overall I enjoyed the job because it was not too stressful and allowed for more freedom.
