Working with students has been enjoyable and I have realized the importance of time management in effectively handling my workload. My organizational skills have improved over time and my colleagues are fantastic, always willing to help each other out. Unfortunately, the new management has caused some tension and I have decided to look for a new job that will provide me with greater job satisfaction. While I love this place, I believe a change in top management is necessary to align with our academic focus. Dealing with conflicting objectives from the current management has been the most challenging aspect of my job. However, my favorite moments are always spent with my students, no matter when or where.

I gained experience in managing both people and resources, learning about organizational management in both corporate and academic settings. My colleagues were seen as subordinates, and the most challenging aspect of the job was the relaxed work environment. However, the most rewarding part was working with the students. I was accountable to both the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors.
