As a recent graduate nurse, I have gained practical experience in a private hospital where the main focus is on caring for patients. I have learned the importance of sincerity in providing quality care and how the management of patient care varies depending on the patient's condition. The workplace culture is supportive and makes it easy to work, although managing multiple tasks such as attending to patients with serious illnesses, responding to call bells, and completing reports with limited staff can be challenging. However, I find it rewarding when patients appreciate and respect the work that nurses do.
