I typically work from 8:30am to 5pm, but sometimes my hours are from 9:30am to 6pm at KPJ Hospital, which is consistently busy with a high occupancy rate. I usually see up to 20 patients a day, which has taught me how to effectively manage my time and provide satisfactory care to patients, making me a preferred healthcare provider. The culture at my workplace emphasizes good communication with patients. Dealing with patient complaints is the most challenging aspect of my job, but I find great satisfaction when patients compliment my work, skills, and knowledge.
