Assisting new students who are feeling lost in a foreign country and away from their families was a rewarding experience for me. This role helped me overcome my shyness and improve my communication skills, as I had to interact with unfamiliar faces. The management was supportive and always available to assist us when needed. My colleagues and I faced challenges in organizing events independently, such as finding sponsors and coordinating performances, but we worked well together and had a great time. The best part of the job was the camaraderie among my coworkers, as we became good friends and always supported each other.
