Lotus Desaru is a fantastic and enjoyable workplace located by the sea. I personally enjoy being there. The management system is good but could use some improvements. The staff come from different countries, resulting in a diverse culture. The most challenging aspect of the job is housekeeping, while the most enjoyable part is working in food and beverage.
