Tentang Magjaya Resources (M) Sdn.Bhd. (3 Postitions)

The 'MAGJAYA' brand name has been unveiling itself as a showpiece in China on foundation engineering services and foundation construction especially in steel sheet piles segment since 2009 under the flagship of Magjaya (Shanghai) Co Ltd.

 

In 2010, Magjaya (Shanghai) Co.Ltd has jointly invested with a steel trading company, Shanghai BLC Steel Co.Ltd, with an initial investment of RMB 10 million, to form Magjaya Resources Co.Ltd to provide leasing of steel sheet piles in China.

 

In 2011, the Group expended overseas through the establishment of a subsidiary, Magjaya Steel Solutions Sdn.Bhd. (MSS) in Malaysia. MSS engages in the construction of civil works, building works and steel sheet piling works.

 

In 2016, Magjaya Group has achieved the yearly revenue of RM40 million in Malaysia, operates with core businesses in project development and construction, commercial and asset management, steel sheet piles leasing divisions. Until recently, Magjaya Group's order book continues to experience a healthy growth in revenue and the Group has restructured MSS to become a new holding company for the combined operation known as Magjaya Resources (M) Sdn.Bhd. (MRSB).

 

MRSB is now poised in moving forward by participating in national mass affordable housing scheme construction, Penang affordable housing development, mixed integrated development, commercial development, infrastructure and premier lifestyle properties development in the effort to lead the Group towards a legacy.
