Founded two decades ago, Mercatus+ is an award-winning, full-service, brand communications agency. We provide branding, advertising and reputation management solutions to companies from various industries.
History
Founded and headquartered in London in 1992 as MSM, it changed its name to Brand Mercatus® in 2003 to reflect its role as a specialist branding consultancy. The company then expanded its brands and divisions through the years, known collectively as The Mercatus® Group. The Mercatus® Group celebrates 21 years of being in the business of branding in 2013.
Mercatus+ brings together a group of seasoned professionals, all experts in their areas of specialisation. Our Malaysian operations began in 2003. In 2006, it launched its reputation management division, known as Reputation Mercatus®. In 2012, the company launched its advertising division and consolidated its own branding. Now, we are known as Mercatus+.
Today, we manage a portfolio of over 80 Malaysian and international brands. Based in a creative working environment in Kuala Lumpur's Plaza Mont' Kiara, the company is now one of Malaysia's largest international integrated brand management group. Our clients include Red Bull Malaysia, Ferrari, Harley-Davidson, ELS Language Centres, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Elemis, Hard Rock Cafe, ORIS, Marini's on 57, Monte Verde, Lingham's Chilli Sauce, Laurastar, SousVide Supreme, Four Season's Place and many others.
Mercatus® is the Latin word for market, trade, business, commerce or place of business, and is the root for English words such as market, marketing, merchant, merchandise and mercantile. "Mercatus" is a registered trademark.
