I am thrilled to be working in a job that aligns with my field of study. It allows me to apply the knowledge I gained in Tourism Management to real-life situations. I have learned various skills such as promoting packages to customers, managing car rentals, creating promotional blogs, and serving as a tour guide. One of the highlights of my job is accompanying tourists to popular destinations in Langkawi like Pulau Dayang Bunting, Cable Car, Cruise, and Redang for snorkeling. I am grateful for the opportunities provided. However, the most challenging aspect is having to wake up at 2.00 AM to drive alone to hotels where tourists are staying due to issues like cockroaches, and then arranging transportation to a more suitable location.
