The team is very friendly and never pressures you about work. All of my colleagues are kind and willing to teach me anything I want to learn. I have gained skills in collecting data and creating operational reports for the HR manager in monthly management committee meetings. The management is effective and all managers treat you like a friend, making it easy to approach them. The workplace culture is enjoyable and everyone is cheerful. The most challenging aspect is meeting deadlines when the data is not ready, but the most enjoyable part is not feeling stressed.

The people here are very friendly and willing to share their knowledge and experiences. You can choose your preferred morning shift between 7.30 am to 9 am, but once selected, you can only change it with HR. Some tasks may be repetitive, but overall, it is a good place to start. The main source of stress is the lack of proper training for new employees, and the learning curve varies for each individual. The heavy traffic in KL, with frequent breakdowns of the LRT and expensive parking, is a downside. If you are looking to start your career, MMC is a good choice, but consider exploring other companies for further growth and career satisfaction. Make a decision and stick to it. Good luck!
