Assisting customers, providing estimates for car accidents, communicating with insurance companies and adjusters for approval, ordering parts after receiving approval, coordinating with JPJ for B2 inspection, updating customers, and closing cases are all tasks that need to be completed. The most challenging aspect of this job is dealing with customers and answering their questions about when their car will be ready and when the parts will be available. Estimating car accident repairs can be difficult as it requires determining which parts need to be replaced or repaired. This is a valuable skill that I have learned during my time at Nissan.
