I have gained knowledge about effective management skills that help people work in an organized manner. The management shows genuine concern for the health and personal issues of the workers. The most challenging aspect of my job as an industrial trainee was learning all the work processes within the management. I worked in a warehouse that had receiving, storage, and issuing sections. It was tough when the production line was busy, as I had to assist every person in charge (PIC) with issuing components in high temperatures. Despite the difficulties, I found joy in working there and engaging in conversations with my colleagues.
