The company is principally a partnership between two well established companies in West Malaysia and the principle shareholders have collectively have more than 35 years each of proven expertise and track record in the property, building and construction industries.

The principle partners comprise of Osiris Ventures Sdn Bhd, a company that has undertaken a wide range of property investments and project management services for a range of development projects and Bomanite Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the country’s top specialist in concrete paving systems and stamped concrete in Malaysia. Notable projects by Osiris Ventures include the prestigious 11 Gurney Drive, Penang’s first luxurious super condominium which was completed in 2006 and project management services for an interesting range of projects under the Albukhary group.
