After completing a two-week training program, we have a good understanding of the products we will be working with. The job is made easy as all procedures are outlined in a standard operating procedure. I have been working as a technician for two years and find it helpful to refer back to the provided procedures when needed. Additionally, Panasonic has a strong workers' union that provides excellent benefits for employees. The company also has a safety dojo where employees can learn how to work safely in six different stages. Overall, there are many positive aspects to working at Panasonic, including a focus on safety and employee well-being.
