Perunding CSS (PCSS) is a civil and structural engineering consultancy company, established in October 1995 by professional engineer who possess 20 years of professional experience in the engineering field. PCSS's range of expertise cover commercial, industrial, residential buildings, civil infrastructures and government. The principal is registered as professional engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia to practice as Consulting Engineers in Civil and Structural Engineering.

Recognizing and need for prompt and quality service, PCSS is oriented towards servicing the investment needs of Malaysian and International companies in the industrial, commercial institutional and residential sectors in an expeditious and effective manner. Towards this end PCSS has assembled a team of dedicated and experienced Engineers and technical supporting personnel well-versed in local and international practice to provide the necessary engineering services.
