I was assigned the responsibility of overseeing a sports carnival involving approximately 1000 students and 300 staff members, which presented significant challenges. Despite this, I remained motivated and focused on the tasks at hand. I created teams and assigned specific roles to each member, organized the logistics of the event, and promoted the carnival to all INSTEP students, participants, and staff.
