As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing maintenance tasks to preserve the quality of the condominium and it's facility. This tipically include conducting routine maintenance checks, oversee vendors tasks and working with the maintenance team.

Reponsibilities

• Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
• Checking and responding to security and safety issues
• Testing and recommending new maintenance products
• Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems

Requirements

• 1 year working experience with min SPM qualification will do
• Passionate about quality of service and maintenance
• Able to read and write English/Bahasa well
• Good communicator, able to manage others on premise
• Able to work under minimum supervision
