CyberCare is a National Pilot programme under the National IT Council (NITC) and the first e-NGO in Malaysia to leverage on information technology to seed and nurture an e-Community for the betterment of quality of life of under privileged children in Homes/Orphanages. At CyberCare we recognize that long-term impact and benefits of a professional community service programme can be chartered and measured.
