PEKA or Pusat Kerjaya Amanjaya is an initiative of Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR), which is a body of thinkers for the State Government of Perak. IDR’s establishment is to help improve and bring rapid development to the State of Perak. Under the present Administration, Perak’s new vision, Perak Amanjaya aims to create Quality Individuals in the State who enjoys Quality Income, Quality Opportunity and Quality Living.

 

PEKA is established to address and match the industry demand and supply of human resources. It would take on the role of human resources partners to industries with a clear focus to meet the demand for all levels of employment.
