Rainbow Crest is the Joint Venture (JV) partner of Daiman Development Berhad (Daiman) to develop a 12.3 acre land in Taman Molek, Johor Bahru.

Rainbow Crest is jointly owned by Datuk Tong Kooi Ong and Dato' Allan Lim Kim Huat. Both were formerly the executive chairmand and deputy executive chairman of Sunrise Berhad, respectivley.
