Renal Laboratories is a subsidiary of the Excelsior Medical healthcare group of Taiwan, a public listed company and the market leader in providing Dialysis Services in Taiwan, currently manages more than 110 dialysis centers with a total of 11,500 dialysis patients and 3,000 dialysis machines throughout Asia region. Renal Laboratories (RL) began with the manufacturing facilities in 2010 located strategically in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. RL is the manufacturer of dialysis concentrates, dialysis powders and cartridges. RL is exporting its products to other ASEAN countries such as Indonesia and Brunei but most important is also the first manufacturing facility in the group to complete the vertical integration of Excelsior Healthcare Group from distributor, services provider to manufacturer. 

RL was developed and implemented a Quality Management System in order to document the company’s best business practices, to meet the requirements and expectations of its customers and to improve the overall management of the company. The Quality Management System of RL meets the requirements of the EN ISO *3485:2016, CE-MARK and MS ISO *3485:2017. This system addresses the design, development, production, installation, and servicing of the company’s products are according to International Standards e.g Halal, PIC/S, ISPE, ASME, and AAMI reference documents. RL facilitate with QC Laboratory which compliance with ISO *7025 and in prepare towards product design, research and development.
