RICHFUND SDN BHD (*3622-T) is a licensed moneylender (WL3459/07/01 – 8/**1220) established in Seberang Jaya Penang, Malaysia governed by the Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government (KPKT) under the Moneylenders Act 1951.
