Tentang RIMBUNAN HIJAU ACADEMY SDN. BHD.

Rimbunan Hijau Academy was established in 2005 as a skills training center to cater for in-house training needs for the Rimbunan Hijau Group, with Automotive Mechatronics and Automotive Technicians as the core course offerings. Since 2010, the Academy has repositioned itself as an accredited Skills & Professional Development Center under Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM), complementing the current automotive and plantation courses with Food & Beverage Service Operation, Pastry Production and Food Preparation & Production courses. 

Through the concept of On-Job Training and intern placement, the academy has fostered strong ties with local companies ranging from Automotive, Plantation, Hospitality and Retail businesses. Our students receive hands-on exposure and mentorship through industrial placement during the course of their study. Practical training is crucial to satisfy the industry requirements and important to provide skilled and qualified workforce to the industry in the long run.

Besides aspiring to be one of the leading skills development institution in Sarawak, we are open to further collaboration to equip our students to remain relevant and competitive in today’s dynamic workplace.
