RMS Engineering & Construction Pty. Ltd. (RMS), has been operating in Dili, Timor-Leste, since January 2000.

RMS’s presence in Timor-Leste was quickly transformed into an autonomous operating company, based on the success that has been achieved and built on, throughout RMS’ long-standing history of operating self-sufficiently in remote and difficult locations, and to the commitment and expertise of our workforce.

Today RMS is the largest Australian owned building and civil construction Company in Timor-Leste dealing on all construction aspects from project design to provision of certified skills and services.

Our strategically positioned compound has full operational facilities that includes the only quality controlled concrete batch plant in Timor-Leste, an asphalt plant, quarry operation and weigh-bridge, maintenance area, asphalt and concrete testing equipment and office.

RMS have established itself in Timor Leste as a company with resources, versatility, flexibility, building and construction knowledge, to undertake all types of projects either small or major in category. Our materials supply and plant hire supplement these projects as well as supplying the needs of local contractors.
