Incorporated in June 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Shengyuan Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred as the Company) is 90% owned by Henan Province Shengyuan Engineering Construction Group Co., Ltd. The core businesses of the Company are Petrochemical Maintenance, Coating, Heat and Cold Insulation, HVAC, Pipeline Installation, Labor Services, Hoisting Services, Overseas and Domestic Engineering Project Financing Services, Import and Export Business. The Company is qualified with all necessary certificates, and obtained the construction contracts from PETRONAS RAPID project in Johor, Malaysia.
