Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Attractive Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in a consultant office or construction office.
Contractor Quantity Surveyor (QS) experience (3–5 years).
Strong understanding of contracts, project costing, and claims.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A motivated team player who can also work independently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing contract documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Manage variations, claims, and cost control efficiently.
Support the Contract Manager in daily operations and reporting.
Ensure smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
