StarFive is the leader of RISC-V technology and ecosystem development with complete and silicon proven portfolio of RISC-V CPU IP series, platform-based hardware and software full stack chip solution. To support the rapid growth of RISC-V ecosystem demand, StarFive is actively expanding the current 300+ engineering team globally. StarFive Technology International Sdn Bhd is established with its R&D office located at GBS@Mayang, Penang. It is the FIRST IC-design MNC in South East Asia developing RISC-V based IPs, SoC hardware and software products.

We are charted to develop key differentiated IP portfolio and SoC using the most advanced RISC-V CPU architecture cores, targeting various high-performance computing applications for AIoT, edge computing, PCs, data centers, networking, and other market segments. The hardware design team is responsible for differentiated IPs development, SoC development including Architecture Definition, Logic Design, Design Verification, Design-for-Test, Backend Design and Static Timing Analysis in advanced process technology. Software engineering team will be responsible for end-to-end software solution development that runs on StarFive SoC products. The software solution encompasses firmware, bootloader, operating system, userspace libraries, applications, and reference designs for customers, which are complete software stacks that could be deployed at the end-user, with customization by customers for specific use cases and workloads, on top of the OS or Linux kernel.
