SummerPlace (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: ***8875-X) was incorporated on 25 July 2018 to enhance our corporate branding as a one-stop center for foreigners who intend to travel, invest, and migrate to Malaysia. SummerPlace (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. was established to promote Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Program to foreigners and provide MM2H-related services including add-on dependents’ visa application, visa extension, MM2H renewal, maid application, permission to study application in international schools and other visa related services. SummerPlace (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. collaborates with partners to provide extended services for remote bank account opening, medical insurance, international school enrolment, property sourcing, property management, company incorporation and bank loan application through our associate partners. It is our ultimate objectives to provide a One-Stop Solution to foreigners who migrate or relocate to Malaysia under Malaysia My Second Home Program.
