ProSem is a joint venture start-up company between Dragon Group, Hong Kong and O2iC Co. Ltd, located in California, U.S.A and Seoul, Korea. O2iC is a semiconductor memory technology design and development house, involved in the R&D of advanced memory technology as well as manufacturing and sales of standard memory products. O2IC is now developing advanced memory products, combining Flash memory and SRAM/DRAM features and functionalities.
