At the Tenggara Telecentre, the operating hours are from 9.00am to 9.00pm. During my time there, I gained valuable knowledge about customer service, phone specifications, and operational procedures. The management is highly organized and maintains a strict level of discipline. The work culture at the Tenggara Telecentre emphasizes respect for colleagues and integrity in all tasks. Dealing with customer losses was the most challenging aspect for me, while the most enjoyable moments were when we decorated the shop for special occasions like celebration days, with supportive bosses, managers, and colleagues.
