I found this company to be a stress-free environment thanks to the friendly superiors who always look out for their subordinates and encourage idea exchange with employees. This led me to work in various positions during my semester breaks. I chose to intern at the same company due to my familiarity with the rules and regulations, and the cooperative nature of the management, especially the managers. The most enjoyable aspect of the job was communicating with suppliers and meeting new people. However, I have decided to resign from this company in order to pursue new opportunities and experiences in a different environment. I believe that life should have different phases with different people to create lasting memories.
