We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Admin Executive to support daily administrative, data entry, customer service, and basic compliance tasks. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative & Data Entry

Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper records in the system
Prepare documents, reports, and filing (softcopy & hardcopy)
Ensure documents are properly organized and updated
Assist in general office administrative duties

Customer Service Support

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Follow up with customers on orders, documents, or requests
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Maintain good relationships with customers

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure forms and records are complete and properly filled
Assist in maintaining proper documentation for company procedures (e.g. ISO / internal compliance)
Support in checking and updating company records and lists
Help ensure processes follow company standards

Operations Support

Assist in daily operational coordination
Support other departments when administrative assistance is needed
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
