Tung Hoi Aquarium Co. is located in the suburb area of Shanghai. We are very lucky to have this rare and precious serenity amongst the hectic and bustling atmosphere that is commonly found in the city. We are surrounded by the rejuvenating setting of clean fresh water and goldfish. The energized workers in the calm setting may also enjoy the beauty of our Chinese goldfish. On weekends, shopping with friends and making short trip to enjoy the cosmopolitan’s vivid urban life is a common pastime.

Though internet is unavailable to staff on their desktop computers due to our company policy, they are able to surf the Internet after work.

 

We are also motivated in completing our tasks. Though extra work to complete a task is similar to “locking the stable door after the horse has been stolen” is deemed acceptable, we prefer being meticulousness and quick; putting “the icing on the cake” as one would say. Tung Hoi does not tolerate any misconduct, theft, and misbehavior that go against our values. Nonetheless, we greatly respect dedication, innovation, and consistency; these attributes will not go unnoticed. An electronic database is used to keep track of employee absentees and determines his or her monthly salary. Our salary system is very efficient and is paid punctually.
