Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks
Administrative work such as filling & photocopy.
Prepare, process, and maintain company documents, records, reports, correspondence, and forms.
Organize and maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed for easy retrieval.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems and databases.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, postage, and document dispatch.
Prepare and arrange the delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and company correspondence.
Maintain records of courier transactions, tracking details, and proof of delivery.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement of stationery and office necessities.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and provide administrative support to departments as required.
Maintain office records and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
Liaise with internal departments, customers, vendors, and service providers on administrative and documentation matters.
Support audit, compliance, and operational requirements by providing relevant documentation and records.
Perform any other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
