I started working in the Manufacturing Department at URC, where my responsibilities include supporting the production process, coordinating with the Supervisor on staffing, and keeping track of output. I have noticed that the staff here are welcoming and willing to help whenever needed, both colleagues and managers. My boss is particularly supportive, offering encouragement during challenging times and sharing valuable insights about manufacturing with us.
