1. To apply of GST permit for goods deliver to Singapore upon request from Weighbridge.

2. To declare of online MPOB E-QC prior import and export of Palm Product.

3. To sort relevant transportation document from weighbridge and submit to Sales and Account Dept.

4. To prepare Container List for submission to Shipping Documentation immediately after vessel sailed.

5. To arrange PGEO despatch service or self-collection of container seal and other documents to/from shipping agent or other government agencies.

6. To check of invoices and key in into SAP system for payment.

7. To prepare of Shipment Confirmation and Invoice to forwarding agent for clearance of export shipment via PTP.

8. To gather relevant information and prepare for custom declaration and submission via EDI for import (K1) /export (K2) by container to Royal Malaysian Custom database.

9. To register export container info into Johor Port database, JCTS (Johor Container Terminal System) prior gate in of the laden container.

10. To check and submit K2 form to Account Dept. for billing to end buyer.

11. To arrange and assist custom officer for inspection of goods export under duty drawback.

12. To prepare ROT (Request of Transport) and submit to haulier for pick up/delivery of container.

13. To attend and monitor other importation of containerized goods (e.g. steel coil, exotic oils and fats, flanges and closure, soybean) to ensure clearance and collection are smooth.

14. To prepare monthly K2 report for empty drum, GST application and MPOB monthly K2 report for Palm Product and submit to account department.

15. To execute clearance at Port Custom for all import and export material.

16. To carry out any other tasks duly assigned from time to time upon request from department HOD.

17. To execute any duties as instructed by the superior from time to time for the benefit of the company.
