I am responsible for managing most HR tasks, such as handling issues related to foreign workers and their welfare. This includes taking workers to the clinic for Fomema, renewing work permits, and dealing with immigration matters. I have a supportive boss and although I have a heavy workload, there is not too much pressure. However, the bonuses and salary increases are minimal.
