WTWY Real Estate Sdn Bhd has established its foothold in Sarawak since its establishment on 23rd August 1993.  Its 3 Directors supported by a staff of more than 21 have made its presence felt throughout Sarawak and in the major cities of Kuching, Sibu, Miri & Bintulu.

 

The Company specializes in Real Estate Agency and Investment and deals with the sale, purchase and letting of all types of real estate ranging from vacant lands and individual houses to high rise office blocks, shopping complexes, hotels, golf resorts, industrial schemes, development lands and plantations apart from locating, identifying and securing sites and premises for clients and provides advice on advertising and brochure design as well as on the implementation of marketing strategies both for sale and letting. We also offer advice on property investment and the effects of legislation and other forms of Government action and negotiate on sale and lease for clients both in the form of Project Marketing and Retail Marketing.
