Zama Adjusters & Investigators is an established, homegrown loss adjusting practice with a network of 7 branches situated across Malaysia. As adjusters, we will frequently verify that coverage applies through an insurance policy, investigate liability for the damages caused, and make restitution to the injured person based on their physical, emotional, or physical property damages. Currently, ZAMA is in the panel of most Insurance companies in Malaysia and willingly offer our services and advices to interested parties, 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.

Zama Adjusters was established in 1977, and has now grown to include 7 branches, covering the whole of Peninsular Malaysia. All of our staff (adjusters and support staff) is organized into teams, with appropriate support staff and accountancy back-up. Having a young and enthusiastic group of talented individuals, is the catalyst for Zama Adjusters in achieving its ultimate objective that is to be the preferred loss adjuster firm by 2010. Our staff is actively encouraged to take ownership of their cases and to take pride in achieving our principle's satisfaction. Regular meetings are held to promote the team-working ethos and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas. We continue to develop and polish our procedures and our constant goal is to provide a service which is both customers focused and technically proficient.
