Tentang CYF Construction Sdn Bhd

CYF Construction Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 13th Oct 1996 with the objective of being an established contractor in both civil engineering and building works such as earthworks, infrastructure, road works, factories, commercial buildings, housing, bungalows and others.  We also cater design & built system for all commercial buildings, factory and bungalows.

 

The founder of CYF Construction Sdn Bhd's major shareholder, namely Mr Kenny Chin, who had obtained his experiences in various challenging construction line while learning the ropes at different construction campaigns.  He is deeply involved in all phases and aspect of construction trend and movement. He has passion and his motto is “It is vital that all various construction professional communicate and work together as a team to ensure a quality product constructed in a cost effective and efficient manner.”

 

Recently, CYF Construction Sdn Bhd has achieved the prestigious international certification of ISO 9001:2008 with the scope of provision in Design & Build, Building and Construction Activities.  We had carry-out our objectives and mission to accomplish towards the certification.

 

Collectively, we have twenty over years of experience in the extremely competitive construction line. Till to-date, we have successfully completed and delivered on time all the projects to our valuable clients.  Projects that we had won our bid are achieving because we have a team of very competent and committed staff who can independently handle the projects assigned to them.

 

Our other core strength is that we have the full support by very established material suppliers who would always give their full back up in supplying all the materials required to successful completed projects.

 

We are also fortunate because we have a team of dedicated and skillful sub-contractors in various trades. These sub-contractors have contributed significantly to our success in completing all our commited projects on time.
