Ensuring proper use of safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), creating monthly reports on Safety and Health, conducting risk assessments and Job Hazard Analysis (JSA), and organizing safety committee meetings. 3) The most challenging aspect is ensuring that employees grasp the importance of safety. 4) I am fortunate to have an exceptional team.
