What you will do: • Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome • Explain the menu, recommend dishes and take orders • Grill meat at the table for guests and look after the grill during their meal • Serve food and drinks, and refill side dishes (banchan) • Change grill plates, and clear and reset tables quickly • Handle payments at the counter • Keep the dining area, counter and service stations clean and tidy • Follow food safety and hygiene rules at all times • Work as a team to keep service smooth during peak hours
