The duty-free shop has attracted 200,000 local and international shoppers within three years of its opening, creating over 50 job opportunities for the local community.

The company’s IT system is integrated with all duty-free operators and the Customs Department to track the quantities of alcohol and tobacco sold. Indo Serimaju strictly adheres to the Customs Act 1967 and Customs Regulations 1977, ensuring compliance through periodic customs audits.
