Responsible for handling corporate secretarial matters for client companies, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责

1. Corporate Secretarial Matters / 公司秘书事务

Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for client companies
Prepare and lodge statutory forms and returns with SSM
Maintain statutory registers and company records
负责客户公司全套公司秘书工作
准备及向 SSM 提交法定文件与申报
维护公司法定登记册及档案

2. Board & Member Resolutions / 董事与股东决议

Prepare board resolutions, members’ resolutions, and minutes of meetings
Arrange and attend board and general meetings where required
准备董事决议、股东决议及会议记录
必要时安排及出席董事会与股东大会

3. Compliance & Advisory / 合规与咨询

Advise clients on compliance matters under Companies Act 2016
Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely filings
就《2016年公司法》合规事项向客户提供建议
监督法定期限，确保按时申报

4. Corporate Exercises / 公司事务

Handle incorporation of companies
Manage share allotment, transfer, bonus issue, and capital reduction
Handle appointment and resignation of directors, secretaries, and auditors
负责公司注册成立事宜
处理股份配发、转让、红股、减资等公司事项
处理董事、秘书及审计师的委任与辞任

5. Client & Authority Liaison / 客户与机构沟通

Liaise with clients, SSM, auditors, tax agents, and banks
Respond to client enquiries on secretarial matters
与客户、SSM、审计师、税务顾问及银行沟通协调
解答客户有关公司秘书事务的咨询

Job description for Account:
Responsible for handling full set of accounts for the firm and client companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
负责处理公司及客户的全套账目（Full Set Accounts），确保账目准确、合规，并按时完成财务报表。
Full Set of Accounts / 全套账目
- Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
- Perform month-end and year-end closing
- 独立处理全套账目，包括应收账款、应付账款、总账及银行对账
- 编制月报、季报及年度财务报表（损益表、资产负债表、现金流）
- 负责月结与年结工作
Billing & Receipts / 开单与收款
- Prepare invoices for professional fees and disbursements
- Monitor payments, retainers, and outstanding balances
- 负责服务费及代垫费用开单
- 跟进客户付款、预付款及未收款项
Tax & Compliance / 税务与合规
- Assist in SST, CP204, CP204A preparation
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks
- 协助处理 SST、CP204、CP204A
- 与审计师、税务顾问及银行沟通协调
Payments & Cash Flow / 付款与现金流
- Prepare payment vouchers and monitor cash flow
- Handle petty cash and staff claims
- 处理付款凭证及现金流管理
- 负责零用金及员工报销
Administrative Support / 行政支持
- Proper filing of accounting documents
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- 整理及归档财务文件
- 完成上级交办的其他工作
