Nanizain Architect was established in September 2010 with a combined experience of over forty years in architecture, planning and interior design.

 

Client's objectives and needs are met through Nanizain Architect's integrated solutions approach and constantly evolving based on in-house capabilities and services. Our works are not confined to a singular architectural style but are expressions of the diverse minds within the office as well as through establishing close relationships with our Clients in order to device solutions to satisfy the individual Client's need. We are committed to create innovative, workbles solutions in response to the unique characteristics of each project.

 

The Principal of Nanizain Architect gained specialised skills in energy efficient and sustainable architecture through her involvement in various 'green' project, namely the Energy Commision 'Diomand' Building in Putrajaya. Our team which are based around experienced architects, interior designers, strategic planners, technology specialised skills in energy efficiect and sustainable architecture in line with our Principal's objectives.

 

Our portfolio include residential buildings, educational buildings, commercial developments hotels and hospitality related projects, and mixed used developments. We have also been involved in refurbishment and renovation projects.

 

Aside from comprehensive, professional architectural services, we also provide consultancy service in the following areas:
