Starting as an HR Supervisor, I was entrusted not only with recruitment and compliance matters, but also strategic coordination involving expatriate management, regulatory setup, and operational structuring. Through close collaboration with management, daily updates, and active involvement in decision-making discussions, my role gradually evolved from administrative execution to strategic HR partnership. Working closely with the boss — including regular meetings and even sharing daily meals — has allowed faster communication, clearer direction, and stronger trust.
